Long regarded as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, its ethereal beauty and expertise in construction will leave you spellbound. Whether you're an adventurer or a culture enthusiast, this tour is a seamless blend of mystery, history, and stunning vistas that promise to create lifelong memories.

Itinerary

Your adventure begins with an 8:00 AM pickup from your hotel in Cusco. From there, we head into the Sacred Valley, a fertile and historically rich region steeped in tradition.

Our first stop is Chinchero, a village perched at 3,800 meters above sea level, where you’ll witness traditional Andean weaving techniques passed down through generations. Observe local families spinning and dyeing wool with natural pigments as part of a cultural demonstration.

Next, we’ll explore the Chinchero Archaeological Complex, a blend of Inca-era terraces and a beautiful colonial church built upon ancient foundations.

From Chinchero, we continue to Moray, a fascinating site featuring concentric circular terraces. Moray is believed to have functioned as an agricultural laboratory for the Incas, where they experimented with growing crops at varying altitudes.

Just a few kilometers away, we arrive at Maras, home to a network of over 3,000 salt ponds carved into the mountain. These ancient pools have been used to extract salt since pre-Inca times and create an impressive landscape of glistening white.

Our final stop of the day is Ollantaytambo, an ancient "Living City" where you’ll board the scenic train to Aguas Calientes (the town at the base of Machu Picchu). We’ll check into a cozy hotel for the evening, and you’ll have time to relax and prepare for the highlight of your travels—Machu Picchu.

Over night: Hotel Machupicchu Town

After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, we’ll catch the early shuttle bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu, where our expert guide will lead you on an immersive experience of this incredible site.
Uncover the intricate stonework, terraced fields, and sacred temples as you learn about this mystical citadel’s history and its significance to the ancient Incas. The beauty of Machu Picchu will take your breath away as you stand in awe of its architectural genius and serene surroundings.

For those looking for an extra thrill, optional hikes can be arranged to either Huayna Picchu Mountain or Machu Picchu Mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the archaeological complex and the lush valley below.

After the guided exploration and some free time, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes for lunch before catching the train back to Ollantaytambo. A comfortable private vehicle will then transfer you back to Cusco,or Chinchero Boutique hotel concluding your adventure-filled two days.
